Any cash balance you have available will be locked on December 16, 2025 and cannot be withdrawn until it is moved over to your Caesars Palace Online Casino account. If you do not want your balance transferred, then please initiate a withdrawal by December 15, 2025.
What happens to any online Reward Credits I have on HarrahsCasino.com?
All Online Reward Credit balances greater than 1 will be converted to cash at the start of the migration process and later transferred to your Caesars Palace Online Casino Account in the days following the migration.
Any balance less than 1 will be forfeited (for example 0.04 Online Reward Credits).
If you do not want to have your Online Reward Credit balance automatically moved to your Caesars Palace Online Casino account then please convert manually or initiate a transfer to your Caesars Rewards account. How do I gain access to my new Caesars Palace Online Casino account?
