New Jersey: On October 16th, 2025, your online casino experience will be upgraded as your Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City account will automatically be migrated to the award-winning Caesars Palace Online Casino.

As of this date, you’ll begin earning Caesars Rewards Tier Credits and Reward Credits with every single wager!

Do I need to re-verify my identity or location?

No, all your account information from your Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City account has been migrated to your new Caesars Palace Online account.

What will happen to any funds that I had on Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City?

Pennsylvania: Any funds that were in your active Spin Palace and/or Jackpot City will automatically be added to your new Caesars Palace account. 

Any funds that were in your closed or self-excluded account will be returned to you by Spin Palace and/or Jackpot City. 

New Jersey: Any cash funds in your Spin Palace and/or Jackpot City account will be transferred to your Caesars Palace account on the Closure Date.

You may also withdraw your cash balance at any time before the Closure Date from your Spin Palace and/or Jackpot City account, or afterward from your Caesars Palace account.

What will happen to any active bonus that I had on Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City?

Any active bonuses will not carry over to your new Caesars Palace account and must have been completed on Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City.

Will my payment information be migrated over?

No, you will need to enter your payment information the first time you make a transaction. After that point, your payment information will be saved.

How do I connect my Caesars Rewards account to my Caesars Palace Account?

If you already have a Caesars Rewards account, we will do our best to match your existing account to your new Caesars Palace account. In the event you do not have a Caesars Rewards account or we’re unable to find a match for you, we will create a new account for you.

How do I Earn Caesars Rewards Tier Credits & Reward Credits?

You earn 1 Tier Credit and Reward Credit per $5 in cash that you wager on slots and per $25 you wager on all other games. For example, if you had a monthly $500 loss limit that was in effect on Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City from September 1st to 30th inclusive. That limit will now be from September 9th to October 9th inclusive.

New Jersey: No, any responsible gaming limit that you had on Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City has been moved over to your Caesars Palace Online Casino account. It’s important to note that October 16th, 2025, will be the first day of any time sensitive limit. For example, if you had a monthly $500 loss limit that was in effect on Spin Palace and / or Jackpot City from October 1st to October 31st inclusive. That limit will now be from October 16th, 2025 to November 15th, 2025 inclusive.
