The promotion will take place May 4, 2026 – May 10, 2026, from 12:01 AM ET to 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Promotion is offered by American Wagering, Inc. (“Caesars” & “Horseshoe”), Caesars Interactive Entertainment & Horseshoe New Jersey.

1. Offer Description:

2. Promotional Dates:

• The promotion begins at 12:01am ET on May 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm ET on May 10, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligible Participants must:

• Have successfully opened a Caesars Palace iCasino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino mobile or online account in the state of Michigan, New Jersey, or West Virginia during the Promotion Period; and be approved for real money play.

• Be 21 years of age or older.

• Be physically present in Michigan, New Jersey, or West Virginia when wagering.

• Be an active Caesars Rewards® Member.

• Creating a Caesars Palace iCasino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino mobile or online account and a Caesars Rewards® account is free.

• The following individuals are not eligible for the promotion:

• Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, including through a government program, at Caesars’ discretion, or by their own request;

4. Required Action:

• Players may participate by opting in during the Promotion Period.

• Upon successful opt-in, players will automatically be credited with 1 free drawing entry.

• Mail-in Entries:

• To enter by mail, hand write your complete name, email address, mailing address, last 5 digits of your Caesars Rewards® number, and daytime phone number on a piece of paper and mail your completed entry in an envelope to: Caesars Digital, 6385 S Rainbow Blvd #800, Las Vegas, NV 89118, Attention: Experience the Empire Vol. XXVII Atlantic City Summer Giveaway Mail-in Entry.

• Each postal entry must be mailed separately. For each drawing, mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the drawing entry period and received no later than two business days after the end of the drawing entry period.

• Caesars will use the mail-in entry postmark date for purposes of determining the appropriate entry pool for the drawings described below.

• There is no limit on the number of entries in this promotion.

5. Drawings:

• Caesars & Horseshoe will conduct drawings from all entries received in Michigan, New Jersey & West Virginia (pursuant to these Official Rules) combined with all entries received in Pennsylvania (pursuant to separate official rules) to award the prizes described below. Drawing dates are approximate and are subject to change.

• Entries received for one drawing will not roll over into future promotional drawings.

• Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

• Caesars & Horseshoe may elect to conduct additional drawings for TBD prizes, in which case Caesars & Horseshoe will update this section of the Official Rules with entry date and drawing details and will add prize descriptions to the following section of the Official Rules. When additional drawings are added, the Promotion Period will extend until the last day of entry for the final drawing.

• 10 winners on or about May 15, 2026, will be selected by via random draw.

• Potential winning entries will be selected by a random selection process from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

• All drawing entries must be accounted for by 11:59 PM ET on May 12, 2026.

• Players may only win once during the Promotion Period.

• Casino bonuses will be credited within 5 business days of winner selection.

• Wagers placed before opting into the promotion will not count toward entry totals.

6. Prizes:

• Prize packages include the following prize elements and are subject to the following terms, conditions, exceptions, and exclusions.

• Hotel stay is prohibited from booking on the following blackout dates: September 4-7, 2026.

• $1,500 Resort Credit will be given on first day of patron’s hotel stay in the form of 300,000 Reward Credits.

• Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply.

• Credits cannot be converted to cash.

• Hotel accommodation is subject to availability.

• All other hotel charges and fees incurred shall be the sole responsibility of winner.

• Winner must provide a valid credit card for hotel incidentals.

• Winner must reserve by August 1, 2026, and check-in by November 1, 2026, or forfeit the prize.

• Winners will be required to complete an affidavit prior to receiving prizes.

• VIP Tickets to “The Hook” shall be non transferable and non exchangeable and are offered strictly subject to availability.

7. Registration Process:

9. Wagering Requirements:

• All Bonus Funds associated with the above promotion are subject to Caesars & Horseshoe discretion and all terms and conditions.

• You must wager a minimum amount within 5 days of receiving your bonus in order to release the Bonus to your available cash balance (the “Wagering Requirement”). The exact amount of the Wagering Requirement will depend on the games you elect to play. Wagering Requirements for each game is as follows: 

 5X on Featured Games:  

• As an example, if you receive a $750 bonus, and you only play slots, you will have to wager a total of $3,750 ($750 x 5) within 5 days to release the bonus to your cash balance. 

• Only casino wagers on the eligible brands will count towards the minimum wagering requirements for bonuses claimed on those services.  Eligible brand(s) will be clearly marked on marketing materials. 

• Wagers on sports and other events will not count towards the Wagering Requirement. 

• Casino wagers will only count towards one bonus at a time. 

• If you do not meet the minimum Wagering Requirement within 5 days, the bonus will be forfeited. No partial bonuses will be awarded. 

10. Order of funds used for wagering:

• While any bonus is active, wagers will first be deducted from your cash balance tied to the bonus. If there is no cash tied to the bonus available, the wagers will be deducted from your bonus balance. Cash that isn’t tied to any bonus funds will only be used if the cash tied to a bonus and bonus balance are both at zero. Any amounts won using cash that is tied to a bonus and / or winnings from the use of bonus funds will be credited to the bonus balance and not your cash balance.

• In the event you have more than 1 active bonus, cash that isn’t tied to a bonus will always be the last source of wagering. Cash tied to the oldest bonus will be used first, followed by the bonus funds of the oldest bonus if the cash balance tied to that bonus is zero. If both of those balances are at zero then cash tied to the next oldest bonuses will be used, followed by the bonus funds of the next oldest bonus when that cash tied to that bonus balance is zero.

11. Eligible Games:

• Any casino bonus received from this promotion and any deposited funds tied to the bonus cannot be used on the casino games listed in the Terms of Service:

• Wagers on sports and craps will not count towards the wagering requirements of bonus funds.

• Casino bonus may be locked for use on a specific game or group of games only, promotion specifics related to eligible games will be listed on the marketing materials.

12. Restrictions on withdrawing funds:

• You cannot withdraw any cash that is tied to a bonus or your bonus balance prior to satisfying the Wagering Requirement without first canceling your bonus, which will result in the forfeiture of all remaining bonus balance (including any amounts won using the cash tied to a bonus or bonus funds). Once you have met the Wagering Requirement, you can withdraw any remaining bonus amount.

• You must have made at least one cash deposit before you can withdraw your bonus or any winnings from any wagers made using bonus funds.

• Bonuses are not transferrable to any other Caesars online or mobile account, cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met, and do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.

13. Cancellation:

• Player may cancel the bonus prior to satisfying wagering requirements. IMPORTANT: If you cancel your bonus before completing the Wagering Requirements, you will forfeit any deposited funds that have already been WAGERED. This includes any amounts won using the cash tied to the bonus or the bonus funds itself. See Casino Bonus FAQs for where and how to cancel a bonus.

• In order to cash out any funds associated with any active bonus prior to completing the Wagering Requirement, the player must first cancel the bonus.

• By cancelling the bonus from this Promotion, any bonus funds received as a result of the Deposit Match will be permanently forfeited. This includes the full amount of the initial Casino Bonus, any associated winnings and any amount of the original deposit that has been wagered.

a. For example:

i. Scenario 1 - 100% Deposit Match up to $100: Player deposits $100.00, resulting in $100.00 Casino Bonus awarded as a Deposit Match bonus. Player then plays on Slots and loses $50.00, after which the player decides to cancel this bonus. As a result of cancelling this promotion, the player’s remaining balance available for withdrawal will be $50.00, as they forfeit the full Casino Bonus of $100.00 and the $50 of their deposit that has been wagered.

ii. Scenario 2 - 100% Deposit Match up to $100: Player deposits $100.00, resulting in $100.00 Casino Bonus awarded as a Deposit Match bonus. Player then plays on Slots and wins $50.00, after which the player decides to cancel this bonus. As a result, the player’s remaining balance available for withdrawal will be $50.00, as they will forfeit the full Casino Bonus of $100.00, any winnings associated with it and the $50.00 of their initial deposit that has been wagered.

For purposes of these terms and conditions, the “Promotion Entities” means Caesars, Caesars’ parent and each of Caesars’ affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.

• All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this promotion, including eligibility or disqualification decisions, lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final and binding.

• Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Caesars may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion. Michigan

• Wagering will not be accepted on any prohibited events set forth in Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.745 (titled, “Authorized and Prohibited Events and Wager Types) or the Michigan Gaming Control Board Internet Sports Betting Rules, and no such events will be included in the promotion.

• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). Caesars Promotions will retain details of all participants for sixty (60) days after the end of the promotion in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.

• Mail-in Entries:

• To enter by mail, hand write your complete name, email address, mailing address, last 5 digits of your Caesars Rewards® number, and daytime phone number on a piece of paper and mail your completed entry in an envelope to: Caesars Digital, 6385 S Rainbow Blvd #800, Las Vegas, NV 89118, Attention: Experience the Empire Vol. XXVII Atlantic City Summer Giveaway Mail-in Entry.

• Each postal entry must be mailed separately. For each drawing, mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the drawing entry period and received no later than two business days after the end of the drawing entry period.

• Caesars will use the mail-in entry postmark date for purposes of determining the appropriate entry pool for the drawings described below.

• There is no limit on the number of entries in this promotion.

5. Drawings:

• Caesars & Horseshoe will conduct drawings from all entries received in Michigan, New Jersey & West Virginia (pursuant to these Official Rules) combined with all entries received in Pennsylvania (pursuant to separate official rules) to award the prizes described below. Drawing dates are approximate and are subject to change.

• Entries received for one drawing will not roll over into future promotional drawings.

• Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

• Caesars & Horseshoe may elect to conduct additional drawings for TBD prizes, in which case Caesars & Horseshoe will update this section of the Official Rules with entry date and drawing details and will add prize descriptions to the following section of the Official Rules. • 10 winners on or about May 15, 2026, will be selected by via random draw.

• Potential winning entries will be selected by a random selection process from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. Prizes:

• Prize packages include the following prize elements and are subject to the following terms, conditions, exceptions, and exclusions.

• Hotel stay is prohibited from booking on the following blackout dates: September 4-7, 2026.

• $1,500 Resort Credit will be given on first day of patron’s hotel stay in the form of 300,000 Reward Credits.

• Credits cannot be converted to cash.

9. Wagering Requirements:

• All Bonus Funds associated with the above promotion are subject to Caesars & Horseshoe discretion and all terms and conditions.

• You must wager a minimum amount within 5 days of receiving your bonus in order to release the Bonus to your available cash balance (the “Wagering Requirement”). The exact amount of the Wagering Requirement will depend on the games you elect to play. Wagering Requirements for each game is as follows: 

 5X on Featured Games:  

• As an example, if you receive a $750 bonus, and you only play slots, you will have to wager a total of $3,750 ($750 x 5) within 5 days to release the bonus to your cash balance. 

• Only casino wagers on the eligible brands will count towards the minimum wagering requirements for bonuses claimed on those services.  Eligible brand(s) will be clearly marked on marketing materials. 

• Wagers on sports and other events will not count towards the Wagering Requirement. 

• Casino wagers will only count towards one bonus at a time. 

• If you do not meet the minimum Wagering Requirement within 5 days, the bonus will be forfeited. No partial bonuses will be awarded. 

10. Order of funds used for wagering:

• While any bonus is active, wagers will first be deducted from your cash balance tied to the bonus. If there is no cash tied to the bonus available, the wagers will be deducted from your bonus balance. Cash that isn’t tied to any bonus funds will only be used if the cash tied to a bonus and bonus balance are both at zero. Any amounts won using cash that is tied to a bonus and / or winnings from the use of bonus funds will be credited to the bonus balance and not your cash balance.

• In the event you have more than 1 active bonus, cash that isn’t tied to a bonus will always be the last source of wagering. Cash tied to the oldest bonus will be used first, followed by the bonus funds of the oldest bonus if the cash balance tied to that bonus is zero. If both of those balances are at zero then cash tied to the next oldest bonuses will be used, followed by the bonus funds of the next oldest bonus when that cash tied to that bonus balance is zero.

11. Eligible Games:

• Any casino bonus received from this promotion and any deposited funds tied to the bonus cannot be used on the casino games listed in the Terms of Service:

• Wagers on sports and craps will not count towards the wagering requirements of bonus funds.

• Casino bonus may be locked for use on a specific game or group of games only, promotion specifics related to eligible games will be listed on the marketing materials.

12. Restrictions on withdrawing funds:

• You cannot withdraw any cash that is tied to a bonus or your bonus balance prior to satisfying the Wagering Requirement without first canceling your bonus, which will result in the forfeiture of all remaining bonus balance (including any amounts won using the cash tied to a bonus or bonus funds). Once you have met the Wagering Requirement, you can withdraw any remaining bonus amount.

• You must have made at least one cash deposit before you can withdraw your bonus or any winnings from any wagers made using bonus funds.

• Bonuses are not transferrable to any other Caesars online or mobile account, cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met, and do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.

13. Cancellation:

• Player may cancel the bonus prior to satisfying wagering requirements. IMPORTANT: If you cancel your bonus before completing the Wagering Requirements, you will forfeit any deposited funds that have already been WAGERED. This includes any amounts won using the cash tied to the bonus or the bonus funds itself. See Casino Bonus FAQs for where and how to cancel a bonus.

• In order to cash out any funds associated with any active bonus prior to completing the Wagering Requirement, the player must first cancel the bonus.

• By cancelling the bonus from this Promotion, any bonus funds received as a result of the Deposit Match will be permanently forfeited. This includes the full amount of the initial Casino Bonus, any associated winnings and any amount of the original deposit that has been wagered.

a. For example:

i. Scenario 1 - 100% Deposit Match up to $100: Player deposits $100.00, resulting in $100.00 Casino Bonus awarded as a Deposit Match bonus. Player then plays on Slots and loses $50.00, after which the player decides to cancel this bonus. As a result of cancelling this promotion, the player’s remaining balance available for withdrawal will be $50.00, as they forfeit the full Casino Bonus of $100.00 and the $50 of their deposit that has been wagered.

ii. Scenario 2 - 100% Deposit Match up to $100: Player deposits $100.00, resulting in $100.00 Casino Bonus awarded as a Deposit Match bonus. Player then plays on Slots and wins $50.00, after which the player decides to cancel this bonus.
