How to access the Rewards Shop

At the bottom of the Caesars Palace Online Casino app, tap Rewards. That’s pretty much it. You’re now in the Rewards Shop.

At the top, you’ll see your Casino Bonus Balance on the left and your Reward Credits on the right.

It doesn’t matter where or how you earned your Reward Credits. Whether you earned them playing live at Caesars Palace, shopping on property, staying overnight, dining out, or playing online, all the Reward Credits will show up in the Rewards Shop.

How to purchase rewards

As you scroll through the shop, you’ll see Bonus Cash, Bonus Spins, and Pick & Win sections. You’ll also see a list of featured bonuses.

In this example, we’ll show you how to purchase Bonus Spins:

1. Tap Bonus Spins to see all available Bonus Spins offers, listed alphabetically by game name.
2. Tap a specific game and you’ll be presented with a menu to choose the number of Bonus Spins you want and the denomination of each spin. As you change the denomination, the number of Reward Credits required will change too.
3. If you’re happy with your selection, tap Continue Redemption.
4. The final screen will show you the number of Bonus Spins, the denomination, and the total number of Reward Credits you’re about to spend. Tap View Full Terms and Conditions and take a moment to read them.
5. To finalize your purchase, tap Confirm Redemption.
6. Once your purchase goes through, you’ll see a confirmation message. Your new balance will be reflected on this screen too.
7. Tap Play Now and you’ll be taken to the game where you can enjoy those Bonus Spins.
